TAT – Telephone Assessment Triage
If your GP/NP organises bloods, forms, scripts, medical certificates, or referrals, there will be a charge.
Portal – MyIndici and Emails
If your GP/NP organises bloods, forms, scripts, medical certificates, or referrals via the patient portal or email, there will be a charge.
DNA – Did Not Arrive
If you do not attend your appointment, you will be charged $20.00
Additional Information
GP and Nurse Practitioner fees are based on a 15 minute appointment
Longer appointments may incur additional charges
Nurse Practitioner charges are the same as GP consultation or phone consultation
